On June 30, the night before returning, Andy would first go to the Culture Center in Tsim Sha Tsui attending the show of TVB. Then he would go immediately to "Tim Ma Lium", attending the dinner for Platten, operated by RTHK.
In the morning on July 1, Andy would rush to the HK collisium, attending the returning show by the government. Then he would take the plane to Beijing, to attend the "Capital celebration of the returning of Hong Kong".
Since Andy needs to go to Beijing, he would not attend the "7-1 returning celebration" on the night of July 1.
Andy is now in Taiwan for making the movie "Love and chivalry" (Ching Yi). He would come back to Hong Kong in late June to prepare for the returning shows.

Andy would be attending the last dinner of the Governor Platten with many government officers and businessmen. Andy is the only singer invitied to the dinner.
Regarding the invitation, Andy said yesterday that he is not especially feel proud of. He said, "Because I see him as a friend. So this time I attend the dinner, is like a goodbye dinner for a friend. I would miss him."
Andy said he was invited to the Governor's house many times since several years ago. That's why they know each other well and keep in touch. They always talk about Tennis. Maybe because they have same interest, Platten has good image about Andy. What present would Andy send to Platten in the dinner?
Andy said, "I haven't thoght of sending special presents, because attending the dinner in person is a good present already. " And would he sing a song for Platten on the dinner, he said it depends.
What is Andy's comment about the last governor? He said, "In this big time of change, to be a governor needs to face a lot of changllenge. I think he has done his best and he has done his jobs."
Besides, when Andy was interviewed by Ngai Lun Mo on the Commerical Radio, he talked about the "love making scene" of Tony Leung and Lesile Cheung in movie "Chun Kong Cha Sit" (movie about gay). He repected their spirit of being an actor.
Andy joked that he finally knows why he can't get the best actor award. The reason is he can't accept so much as they do. Andy said, "I used to accepted a foreign movie "lady Butterfly". But I can't stead for a scene of lipping other's toes. So, I didn't make it. The role was taken by John Lone then."
Andy also said he is not going to watch the movie "chun Kong Cha Sit", because he can't accept 2 men to make love. Moreover, he is afraid that he doesn't know how to face the 2 actors afterwards.

Andy said yesterday, "I brought my parents once. I tried to grep a doll from home randomly and give Platten to sign on it." Last December, Andy and Platten were the host of the opening ceremony of "Andy Lau Life and Educational Center". They talked and joked, they looked like friends.
The relationship of Platten and Andy is friendship, and also idol and fan. On June 30, the night before returning, they have the chance to say goodbye. Would Andy fly to English to visit Platten afterwards?
Andy was invited by Ngai Lun Mo of Commerical Radio for an interview last night. Before the start of the program, Andy was interviewed by the reporters. Since many guesses of Ngai's show talked about sex before, the reporters asked Andy if he would talked about sex. He joked, if he is asked about sex, he would replied his lastname is Lau. (sex and lastname pronouned the same in Chinese). He said, everyone has his own scale. If he is asked questions that may him feels uncomfortable, he would told them that it's not good for him to answer.
Andy said that he went to the mainland with Jacky Cheung to support Or's performance. They talked about the movie "Chun Kong Cha Sit" (movie about gay) on the plane. Somebody told him to get to the cinema on time because first 5 minutes of the movie is great. Andy said that Jack and him can't perform that way. He respected the actors of the movie. He said, the reason why he can't get the best actor is because he can't accept many things. Years ago, he was in the trial of "lady bufferfly". It was supposed that Andy to be the leadng actor, but because he can't accept the scene of lipping other's toes, he didn't make it.
Besides, Andy said, he is a tradional man. Therefore, sex is his privacy. His home is his privacy also. Once his family brought a friend home. And that friend took a photo for him. He was sitting on a little chair, holding a dryer and his glasses. It's unexpected that photo can be brought on the street. He did ask for a reason. That friend said it would be copied by the photo finishing shop. Afterward, he restricted that nobody can take photo of him alone, only group photo is permitted.
In the program, Andy talked about his ex-girlfriend Yu Ho Yan. Andy used to avoid taling about her, but he was asked about the exotic photos of Yu by Ngai. Andy replied with sigh, he used to think people would not change. Now he found that time can change a person. Is is disappointed? He said he doesn't have special feelings. He also said, if he meet Yu on the street, he would not say hello to her. Becase he feels strange for a broken-up pairs to be friends. Is he clear about love and hate? Andy said he has never hated her. He also said, his friends haven't talked about or showed him the photos of Yu, because he is not interested on it. Rumours said Yu has a change of her body shape. It looks like she has a surgery on her breast. Andy replied with smile, "Goodbye". He didn't answer any more.
Andy was invitied to an interview in Radio Commerical last night. Although
the host of the program Ngai Lun Mo always talks about sex in the show,
they didn't talk about it last night. Andy wasn't asked about sex. Does
Andy mind to talk about it? Andy said, "Whenever I mind, I won't answer
the questions or I won't talk about it. I am not very "open". I am a very
traditional man. And everyone should have his own privacy, like Alan Tam
has his age as a secrct."
What kind of secret does he want to keep private? Andy joked, "Nothing you don't know about me, except sex!" He thought and thought, and said, "It should be my home that is never shown in public. I have never taken pictures at home, except for once, there was a friend of my family visited my home and took a photo with me. I was using the drying to brow my glasses, that's why I remeber that very clearly. Later, I found that photo can be brought on the street. Then I talked to that person. He sweared that he didn't do it. Maybe it's the problem of the film developing shop. Afterware, I don't permit anyone to take photo at my home. Moreover, I don't like my mother call me to go to her home and take photos with some family friends. Because she has to spend 15 minutes to comb her hair. It's not good to ask her faster."
In the program last night, Ngai talked about the sexy photos of Andy's ex-girlfriend Yu Ho Yan. Andy said he was surprised about her decision. Andy used to think that people would not change. He found that time can change a person. Does he feel disappointed. He said, "Don't have much feelings. I am only surprised." Yu said if she sees Andy on the street, she wouldn't say hello to him. Andy said he is also a person that is clear about love and hate. Although he doesn't hate her, he thinks that it's straight for a broken-up lovers to be friends.
Also, he said, on plane from Wu Ho to Hong Kong, he was taking about the new movie "Chun Kong Cha Sit" (new movie about gays) with Jacky Cheung. They both said they can't stead for it, because everyone has his own scale.
Andy said, "I now know what actor means. This is one of the reason I can't get the best actor. It's because they are so brave, I can't do that as they did. Actually, in the trial of "Lady Butterfly", I passed in all parts. The only thing I can't accept is the scene of lipping the toes of others. So I didn't make it. I would jump out if I am doing that with Lesile Cheung. The feeling is better with "Wah Jai", but it's still strange!"

Andy was supposed to sing 2 songs pre and post Or Sheu Leung's performance. But the schedule was messy and Andy's part was removed. Andy said he didn't mind. The most important thing is Or's success. He was so happy that he had tears in his eyes. He had a strong feeling of relief.
He said, "Before, I was praying for him. I rewarded God (A Chinese tradition, if you ask for something and you get it, you have to reward God) immediately when I am back to HK. The happiest thing is that, I was there for 3 days, and the weather was the best on the performaning day. It helped the performance."
Andy supported Or to get retired after the performance. He pointed out that Or has created the most beautiful poem in his life. Andy hoped Or's next poem would be about golf, because Or played golf pretty gold.
Andy goes back to Taiwan to continue his new movie "Love and Chivalry" (ching Yi). He did some quite part. They would do the "action" parts later, including the gun war in Xi Men Di and action between 2 taxi drivers. He would work on it until the end of the month and would come back to Hong Kong, preparing for the returning show. The temperatory schedule is to go to Beijing on July 1. They are still working on the schedule.
